I’m an Australian lass who drinks a lot of coffee.

When I was eleven I used to live on this site, I was completely obesessed. These days? I pop in occasionally, and I'm certainly not eleven now. I should get an honorary old fart's badge.
I don't read a lot of fanfiction anymore, but I'm very supportive of the whole community and I still enjoying writing it-- even though I tend to be horrible at finishing/uploading my little projects because I don’t write as often as I should. Onedaysomeday. I try to review everything I read, but unless I have something specific to say they tend to be vague compliments. It's not you, it's me. I'm either half asleep or having a mental blank

My avatar is just a desperate, temporary one until I work up the motivation to put up something hopefully much better.

What else? I'm incredibly picky when it comes to books. I tend to stick to the classics and don't take a lot of recommendations. Yep, total book snob. I love movies of any genre, although I'm a harsh critic. Sometimes even shitty movies are good to lose yourself in though. I have a closeted Final Fantasy fetish, and while I can't get into a lot of anime/manga, there are a few series & movies that I adore.

I'm pretty sure that one day, when I have children and they're pulling at my skirt, asking me if they can go out into the bright sunshine and play sport with their friends, I'm going to tell them to get their ungrateful asses back in the closet and finish reading their goddamn Harry Potter books.

Unnamed FMA Project
I’ve been working on this since about 2007. No, seriously. It’s had about three or four facelifts and major plot changes since then, and at one point, last year, I had a very different first chapter posted here. It was torn down after a week once I noticed a few big whoopises. It needs some sorting. I'm going to re-do the first chapter, fix up the summary and change the damn title. I HATED the title. AU set after the original anime. I know, I know, all the cool kids are watching Brotherhood these days. As much as I prefer the original manga, I'm always going to find Dante infinitely more interesting than Father, and playing with her back-story and creating OC's intertwined with that has been so much fun.

Granny's Watching
Pinako is so underused in fanfiction, she’s always killed off or conveniently grocery shopping with Al. Once again, this is a little dodgy because I wrote it when I was younger, but I love it anyway. Needs editing (but I'm not going to touch it). Oh! I also forgot to put a disclaimer in it, so here it is here-- I don't own Fullmetal Alchemist. I own Betsy though, she's mine to torture and throw shoes at. Ninety-eight reviews! Only two to go! I'll bake a cake for the person who gets 100th review. No, I'm serious. I will bake you a fucking cake. I can't guarantee that you'll get to eat said cake, but it'll be there. You’ll be in the world, it’ll be in the world, and you'll know that that the reason that cake-y goodness exists is because you reviewed. It's like giving birth, but we eat it later.

Making Coffee
Was originally a 5-chaptered fic, but no one, including myself, liked the ending, so I kept this first chapter and thus it became the creature you see before you today. Old & awful because I wrote it when I was 13 or 14. Perhaps only kept on the site as a testament to the fact that once upon a time, I actually wrote something.
