About Me:

Graduated from engineering, now full time working on games. I write when I can and feel like it, which is rather sporadic. I only update here out of some weird sense of loyalty and a completetist attitude. Not everything I write ends up here, hence the website link. THERE is where I keep everything.

Yes, I am female. The engineering and game design sometimes confuse people as to this fact, I think. I have been told I think somewhat like a guy. I'm not sure if this is a compliment or not, as I happen to like being female.

Drakonlily's my best friend, so you might see some borrowed characters, canon, and jokes. We may or may not send each other love letters in the form of strange Turk stories and AUs.

I have an unnatural attachment to old men, motherly women, paladins, and pushy bottoms. I cannot seem to let go of Final Fantasy VII despite the increasing terribleness of its sequels (which I tend to steal characters from and thus make them awesome). I have a dark sense of humor and a very high tolerance for mindfuckery. I grew up on science fiction, and read classics that are not assigned to me for school (it helps that I haven't had to take any English classes since high school). I am currently on a film noir and Hitchcock kick, so that may pop up in things. I am an absolute prude. I have a fantastic family, which might explain why family themes feature so heavily in my stories. I miss it when tragedy didn't mean "emo". I secretly want to write a children's book.

I have no preference for het, slash, or femmeslash and tend to go with my whims on it. So don't be a jerk and wrinkle your nose if you are not as democratic, just don't read the stuff you don't want to and move on.

Every time I see "write more" in a review I get a headache. I like that people enjoy my work, but I am not a vending machine, nor a full time paid writer.

Arcs/Continuums:

I haven't the devotion I once had to chaptered stories, but I have the annoying habit of writing a one-shot and thinking "well, this setup is fun, let's have more!" so I end up with arcs. I have waaay more stuff in arcs off-site of here, since I'm sure most of you don't care for the minor characters that I get obsessed with, but a couple arcs end up on here. So I figured it was about time I pointed them out, for clarification:

In which Rinoa becomes a politician and takes over the world. Some other things happen too, but that's the main catalyst, really. I was never very satisfied with the ending (hell, the last third of the game, where the hell did the plot go?), so um, yeah. Long live the empire!
