Hey kids.

Yes, a profile update. But be honest, I've been pretty good updating this year...sort of.

For those of you not following me on Youtube or Twitter, my laptop's hard drive crashed, and I had not backed any of my files up since July, so the next chapters for Another Side, Another Nightmare and We Stand Alone Together have to be redone entirely from scratch. I had hoped to get something out by the end of the month, but now it's going to be a little longer. Sorry guys :( I should have it fixed by the end of this week (this being the last week of December) and I'll get right back into them when I do.

During my almost-four years on this site, I have seen a lot of good authors come and go, and I've also seen a lot of good stories come and go as well. Some ran their course, and some, unfortunately, were never finished before the authors dropped off the map. And during this time, I've developed my own writings, and became able to fully experiment with my work to make myself into the writer I have always want to become, as you may be able to tell with recent chapters.

But with such development comes the knowledge that the older stuff is near-obsolete. And the works you've done, the ones that you haven't updated in forever, now don't seem important to work on compared to other stories.

If you look at my stories, you'll see that about half of the stories still in-progress now have "DISCONTINUED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE" written on them. That is my way of saying that these stories are not going to be worked on any time soon. Inspiration for all of them has died, most likely over the course of the hiatus I took and my own developments, and also because I no longer have any passion to work on them. FullMetal Alchemist and Kingdom Hearts were great ways to start myself off, but now that I am older I cannot find myself desiring to work on them anymore. And, although it always pains me to leave work unfinished, nothing I do can make me figure out where to take them next.

So, until further notice, the only stories that will be worked on from here on in will be Resident Evil: Another Side, Another Nightmare, We Stand Alone Together, Gamma Company, and Freedom Fighters: Death Run. These are the only stories that I still have the desire to see through to the end, and still have passion for, and I feel it only necessary to focus all of my undivided attention on them.

With all of that said, does that mean the other stories will never be finished?

Not exactly.

Maybe some day I will find the inspiration to return to these stories and to finish them. I am 100 percent certain that I will return to Life in the Devil's Nest at some point, and I do want to bring The Shambala Chronicle and The New Organization series to the endings they both deserve. As of now, however, they are simply going to be shelved as reminders of my beginnings and reminders that there are still stories to be told within them.

So, until that day comes, expect only updates from the four aforementioned stories, and as I do not expect to begin any new stories any time soon, just pay attention to them only.

Name: I am known by many names: Bruno, Bernard, Sick Slick or just Slick and recently Tim-Tam Slam (don't ask)... or Tom... if you wanna go by my birth name.

Or just Wesker888... really, whatever you want.

Location: That's for me to know, and for you to (hopefully) never find out. I will, however, say I'm in the U.S., though you probably already have that figured out.

Nationality: F-ing Irish, mothers! And goddam proud of it!

Age: Well, I'm doing a rated M story, so you can all safely assume I'm older than 16. I'm in the 17-19 range, take your pick.

Stories: I loooove Resident Evil! As you could probably tell by my name. Heh-heh. Also, like Harry Potter, Full Metal Alchemist, Digimon, Calvin and Hobbes, Kingdom Hearts, Lost... anything with a lot of guns and war-like action, I'll sit through. Unless it sucks.

Romance wise... I only like ones that are kinda angsty and don't completely suck. Which, remarkably, there's a lot of those. That suck, I mean. One author, Salemsoriginal99, writes some of the best stories I've ever read. Read her stuff, seriously. Jamie Gartland too, though he goes for the subject above.

Also, my two best friends off-line, Silent Dre and Roxas the 13th, are writers on here. They're really far behind on their stuff, but the former's Gem Emperorsand the latters The New XIII are must-reads.

Honestly, I'll write about anything. My belief is that if you have an idea, and you work it a bit, you can make a story out of it. So, everyone can be a writer, if that is the case.
