I didn't realize that the little "shocker" at the end of the last chapter didn't mesh with what I was planning to do until after I published it, so... yeah. I've been trying to come up with a solution for QUITE a while now, and I've gotten nowhere. I'm hoping if I just forget about it for a little while and write some other stuff it'll clear my mind so I can mentally re-tool the whole thing a little. I don't know if any of that made any sense.
