[ATTENTION ALL READERS] as of 05/14/12

Due to my MIA status for much of the last 4-6 months, I wanted to put up a special notice to all of you. Some of you may have noticed that I haven't updated some of my stories in a long time and that some (GOODNIGHT MOON ANYONE?) have been on HIATUS for a long time.

For those of you wondering: NO, I have not given up on any of my stories. The truth is that the last 12 months have become increasing busy and stressful as time has continued. My college classes were atrociously hard the last semester (Fall 2011) and this semester (Spring 2012) is my last one. I'm doing my best to ace my classes so that I can graduate. Not only that, there has been a death and several hospitalizations in my family over this time as well. I'm dealing with a lot of stress and very little free time.

I'm writing when I can, but it's hard to fit it in such a busy schedule. But I want each of you to know that I intend on finishing the stories I've got, it just might take me a lot longer between updates.

For readers of "Goodnight Moon"

I fully realize that this story has been on HIATUS for a long time. I have decided to take it down until further notice. I have not given up on this story though! I reread it and no longer like the way it is reading. I have decided to revamp it. I don't want you guys to think I've forgotten Hiei or his planned OC though, because I still have plenty of ideas for this story. I can't give you a definite answer as to "when" I will upload it again, but I will upload it again. I'm very sorry.

Special shout-out to Middlekertz for the beautiful and heartfelt PM she sent me about it. It is due to her suggestion that I placed this special notice up to begin with. I apologize to anyone who has been worried about the status of this story (or any other).

For readers of "These Foolish Games"

TFG is slowly reaching its conclusion. There will be 18 chapters and I'm struggling to work out the fight scenes I plan to have in chaps 14, 15, and 16. Of all my stories this one has jumped to the forefront of my mind because I've been working on it for almost 3 years now and I really want to finish it. I am excited about the last few chapters though and I really think that you all are going to like how the story will play out.

For readers of "Little Favors"

This story has been difficult to write for many reasons...one being that it's setting is a Japanese high school filled with insanely rich people (I haven't been in high school for 7 years, mind) and the second being that as the story has continued I find myself torn once again between a Kyoya/OC pairing and a Mori/OC pairing. Until I fully decide one way or the other, this story will continue being update sparingly. Sorry to all readers...if you have any suggestions for the story, I'm more than willing to hear them.

[BIOGRAPHY]

My name is Jessica White. I'm 25 years old and I'm engaged to my boyfriend (now fiance, YAY!) of 4 years, John. I just graduated from my local community college with a Diploma in Business Adminstration: Marketing and Retailing.

I have a dog named Pepper, a cat named Max, and together John and I have the sweetest pit bull in the world named Omar.

In my free time, I love to write, read sci-fi and fantasy novels, and watch my two favorite shows on TV...the Walking Dead and Justified. I'm also addicted to playing Tenchu Z, Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, and Fallout 3.

When it comes to my writing style, I tend to write stories that are lacking intense kick-butt action most of the time, but filled with emotional turmoil, drama, and romance. My stories are character-centered and plots are simple and sometimes a bit loose. I may occasionally put lemons in my story, but I'll never put more than one or two in a single story.

Also, I don't write yaoi, yuri, or incest, alhough recently I was attacked with a yaoi idea out of nowhere. I may actually try to write it, but then again...it just might be too weird for me as a writer. However, I'm not opposed to reading yaoi, yuri, or incest if the mood strikes or if it is very well-written.

Other than that, I love hearing from my readers, so feel free to write or PM me whenever you want about whatever you want. I don't bite, I proimise. :D

IN-PROGRESS. Megumi has always managed to detach herself from her patients, focusing instead on her work. But when a familiar patient comes in after being shot, she finds it extremely hard to detach herself. With bandits and small-time yakuza gangs getting their hands on Western firearms, things are getting dangerous in Tokyo. Can Megumi find the courage to let her feelings for our favorite rooster-head known or will it be too late?

Little Favors (Ouran High School Host Club)

IN-PROGRESS. Post-series - It has been two weeks since the incident with Tamaki and Eclair Tonnerre. Things have settle down somewhat for the Host Club, but Fate is far from finished with another member of the club. When the daughter of a rich collegue of Kyoya's dad comes around, things get more than just a litlte complicated. Will Kyoya rise to Fate's challange?

All Kyoya/OC...but no Mary-Sue to be seen, I promise. :)

Goodnight Moon (Yu-Yu Hakusho)

TAKEN DOWN FOR REVISION. This is a sequel to WTWB. Six months have passed since Shizuru and Hajime's engagement party. Since that time, Hiei has faced some of his demons and has now returned to Human World and to Genkai's temple. After joining his sister and Kuwabara in Tokyo, he meets a hard-drinking, blues-loving bartender named Natsuma Ito who has done plenty of soul-searching herself. Meanwhile, Life continues to bring new hope and new hardships to the rest of the Yu-Yu gang.
