A Threesome Go (continued in 2009)
Summary: A Hikaru no Go alternate universe. What if it was not only Sai who inhabited the goban in Grandpa Shindou's attic, but also Torajiro? Just how different will Hikaru's neverending path to the Kami no Itte, especially with their "distinct" differences?

Tracing the Memo (hiatus)
Summary: As Sai disappeared, Hikaru gave up Go. Without warning, he awakened to find himself hospitalized, seemingly having lost 3 years of memories. Despite the mystery of his 12-year-old mind in his 15-year-old body, his subconsciousness continues calling for a Sai his 12-year-old mind doesn't know.

UPDATES: From the votings, I have decided to extend the story, but I don't plan it being very long. After all, I can't have it ruin the sequel, which is what I've been itching to get to. (Yes, there's a SEQUEL and the excitement will be much better than this prequel...I hope!)

HOWEVER, THE STORY IS POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Plans indicate May 2009 at the latest. Seems like a long wait, and I apologize to readers for that, but I want to stick with my original motivation for this story. The source of this motivation is the main reason for the delay. Currently, Sherry is studying and working abroad. She's one of my reasons for writing this story in the first place, and so she'll always continue to be my first reader/editor for this story. I will also be rewriting this story.

In netgo, letters are also used to name coordinates instead of numbers. As Sai teaches Hikaru Go, Hikaru in turns teaches him the alphabet – by playing Go.

4-17 LIKE FATHER, LIKE SON
It wouldn't be surprising if talent for Go ran in the Shindou family, as it seems Hikaru's father, Shindou Masao, used to play Go. But like Hikaru, who's his connection?
