My name is Sali.

I live in New York, and love it. Which has nothing to do with this, but its exciting for me!

I've been writing fanfics forever, but I've only recently gained the courage to start posting them, thanks to my lovely new friends.

Torchwood is my latest obession. I don't know how I lived without the delightful complications of the Jack/Ianto relationship, the team dynamics, John Hart, Martha Jones, and Rhys and his chainsaw. I miss Tosh and Owen :(

I'm only familiar with the Doctor Who episodes that deal with Jack, so if I get something wrong thats why 0:) edit 2/17/09: I'm getting better with that lately.

Right now, I'm completely into Torchwood, but sometimes I go back and watch a few episodes of my other shows (Angel, Buffy, Stargate, Grey's Anatomy) and write related fics. Mostly I write Torchwood, though.

2/17/09: To whom it may concern, I am not dead. However, I have had tons of real life to sort through lately, which is such a poor excuse but its the way it is. Because of this, The Ice is Getting Thinner is on hiatus possibly forever because I really don't remember where I was going with it anymore.

What has Sali learned? Concentrate on mastering one-shots before you try chapter fics.
