Author has written 7 stories for Harry Potter, Labyrinth, RENT, and Alice in Wonderland.
Inspiration is wonderful when it happens, but the writer must develop an approach for the rest of the time…The wait is simply too long. -
"You cannot fully read a book without being alone. But through this very solitude you become intimately involved with people whom you might have never met otherwise, either because they have been dead for centuries or because they spoke languages you cannot understand. And nonetheless, they have become your closest friends, your wisest advisers, the wizards that hypnotize you, the lovers you have always dreamed of. " - Antonio Munoz Molinas, The Power of the Pen
"Whether or not you write well, write bravely." - Bill Stout
"Storytelling reveals meaning without committing the error of defining it." - Hannah Arendt
You can also find some original essays and poetry of mine here. >>> http://www.fictionpress.com/~youroasis Some of it is crap though and I was going through a rough time. But I did like my essays and a handful of the poems. You might find a hidden gem there.
I'm also on tumblr:
Ahoy, matey! I'm just your average college student. My writing is not excellent but practice makes perfect, and knowing me, I try to make it as perfect as possible. I'm sorry that I haven't updated any of my abandoned stories. I either lost interest, had personal issues going on, or I psyched myself out to the point where I stopped writing them. I tend to do that. And I don't expect to update them anytime soon.
Stories I've read the most: Harry Potter, and Twilight (though I admittedly prefer the fanfiction over the books. Not a big fan of those or of the movies much. But I've stopped reading them. Just lost interest). I also enjoy reading Wicked, Rent, Labyrinth (not Pan's Labyrinth) and Pirates Of The Caribbean stories occasionally. As well as Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland, and Tangled which is my current obsession and that's all I've been reading lately.
So there you have it, enjoy your stay! ;)
Did I mention I love reviews? They make me happy. Especially Constructive Criticism, I love that. How else am I supposed to become a better writer?
I SWEAR TO POST A REVIEW FOR EVERY SINGLE STORY I READ EVEN IF I DIDN'T LIKE IT BECAUSE I THINK EVERYONE DESERVES TO HAVE THE CHANCE TO IMPROVE THEIR WORK. IF YOU AGREE WITH ME THEN COPY AND PASTE IT IN YOUR PROFILE.
