Mario wakes up in a hospital. His body has been trangendered as badly hurt. He doesn't remember much until recieving bad news... When he got healed, his little brother passes away. Strangely he was there for a worse condition.

One month later, things apparently are calm, unless now Marianna's confused and broken soul. Not resisting it, she calls E. Gadd to tell her some reasons. Once there Gadd, feeling sorry for his fellow's despair, has
an idea: why don't return to the past and find the problem?

With a new attire and high technology, Super Marianna's ready to act. What secrets will she discover? Let's hope if the Mario's dominance finally gets revenge...
