Beta Description
Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
My aim as a Betareader, is simply to help people grow as a writer. I know personally, how much it can help for someone to point out something you've never seen before, or just a second view on the story you are writing. I am still young, like most aspiring writers, but I do love writing as a whole and would do my very best to help others.
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
I do like writing sadder stories, ones with depth and meaning. Although, plenty of my stories are happy and upbeat. However I tend to write you could say 'better' with the more emotive stories.
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
I'm not perfect, I don't think anyone is. I have my imperfections, like everyone else. A weakness of mine, would probably be my attention to detail. I suppose this is a strength, but according to people around me, this can be annoying.
Preferred: types of stories I prefer over others
I prefer to write/read romantic, coupled stories. Where it's focused somehow or other on two main characters and how their relationship grows.
Would Rather Not: I do not beta for these stories
I wouldn't say, I would turn away something I didn't like, because I open to anything. Many times, I've over looked a story because I didn't like the summary, but would then at one point, try it out and absolutely love it. So now, I just try everything.
