Rin Caverly wanted more in her life and got very bored with her normal life. Now she got just that with a life that she never thought that she was a Dunedain, a Ranger of the North by the name of Gilrin. Now she is in a new life and is on a quest to protect the Line of Durin. Can she do it? What is the worst thing that could happen?

"How do you do it, Gandalf? How DO you keep the darkness at bay?" Gandalf's blue eyes weigh my question seriously. He finally replies, "By simple acts of kindness and love, my dear." Nevertheless she is quite glad about it now.

Dwalin sees her when she is about to start her circus act; Selena, she is called. Selena sees him just as she’s about to start her act; dwarven warrior is what she concludes him as; mentally praying to Mahal for him to be her rescue and salvation from the horrors of the circus life before receiving a whiplash to the back for holding up the show. Dwalin does. She need only ask.

Raven travels to Ered Luin! There, she re meets Balin, and Dis. During her stay, she finds a link to her past! One day, her feelings for Thorin to go from dislike to romantic. Thorin has met his One in Raven and He can’t deny what he feels! He vows to protect and love her! She learns a shocking truth that’s very horrible! Book One!

Thorin Oakenshield sets off on the quest with the company and the Wizard, but Gandalf is withholding information of their burglar - forcing the Dwarf King to have faith in his choice for burglar! Thorin is not happy with the Wizard withholding information, but gives his trust to the Wizard who knows what he is doing - or does he?

Raven and Thorin take up work in Bree. Raven and Thorin enjoy each other, but as their relationship grows, so does a lingering threat in the shadows! The threat will do everything to tear Raven from her beloved Dwarf! But the Mighty Dwarf King swore to protect his love! And Thorin grows more deeply rooted in his vow when he sees….something! Book Two!

The defeat of Smaug comes with a price that leaves Jeanne temporarily injured at the eve of a deadly battle between five armies. She finds herself separated from Thorin and more vulnerable than ever. She can no longer hide from her cold fate though and senses her death to be close and at the hands of a pale Orc.

Legolas and Tauriel are tasked with escorting and guarding an Elven lore master deep into Mirkwood to observe the giant spiders - and other giant creatures - that threaten their kingdom. (A short story)

Percy might have been dealt some right cards at the start, but life simply loved to cheat at poker, and this ridiculous situation was nothing but proof of that. If the wizard had simply managed to keep his nose out of other people's business, maybe she wouldn't have been here. Weeks after the Battle of Five Armies, on the way back to the Shire with Bilbo in tow, Gandalf discovers Smaug survived the black arrow. Seeing an opportunity, Gandalf offers the dragon a deal that Smaug, on the brink of death, reluctantly agrees to. And so the wizard binds Smaug to a mortal using an ancient spell. Thorin shows up on Bilbo's doorstep and does not explain why he's there—he just goes about doing housework for Bilbo, staring at Bilbo, and frowning. Five times Bilbo doesn't ask why Thorin is in Bag End of all places, and one time he does.

Thorin never planned to take a wife. However, when his nephews show no interest in marriage, he reluctantly begins his search for a Queen. Surrounded by haughty women, an impatient Kingdom and the pressure of choosing the perfect bride, Thorin thinks his quest to kill that damned dragon may actually be easier than finding a wife.
