Adora comes across Catra again after years of not speaking. They decide that they'd prefer to speak, actually.

Happy Birthday. These words should bring joy to the person they're said too, it's a word that implies a celebration. Friends coming over, presents being given out. It was supposed to be a happy occasion to celebrate ones birth. So forgive Angella for being worried about Adora when she grows increasingly uncomfortable every time the subject is brought up in relation to her.

Catra and Adora were always the best of friends and nothing or no one could change that. Or so they thought. When a mysterious feline arrives to Etheria seeking help from an ancient prophecy, it changes Catra's life and stirs a feeling in Adora she never thought she'd Feel. Now they must help the mysterious feline, defeat the Horde and confess their deepest desires to each other.

Catra is miserable. abandoned by Adora and betrayed by Shadow Weaver nothing seems to be going right for her. She needs a win not caring how twisted or wrong her choice is. As far as Mermista was considered, second place was as good as losing. It didn't matter how much Bow praised her or how jealous Glimmer was, it just wasn't first place. And no, despite what Perfuma and Sea-Hawk said, she wasn't being a sore loser. This was just a fact of life.
