Enough people have called 13-year-old Sherlock a freak. So much so that he's come to believe it as fact. WARNING: Triggering - Self-Harm, Eating Disorders, Some Child Abuse

After Sherlock's return, he starts to have flashbacks and nightmares that get increasingly worse. Will he let John help him before he becomes unraveled? Mostly written from Sherlock's perspective. A continuation of my story, "He's Shattered" but can be read by itself.

Sherlock, John should have known that much by now, never does anything by halves. When he notices the first signs of an approaching sickness, he, despite his best intentions to keep a closer eye on Sherlock, puts it down to stress and exhaustion. And since Sherlock is very adept at claiming to be fine, John only slowly becomes aware of the severity of Sherlock's illness./Sick!fic

A short one-shot, alternate scene to Greg's hospital visit in HLV. Instead of Sherlock disappearing, Greg is faced with an unexpected reaction to a hospitalized Sherlock and winds up figuring out something that he really would have rather not known. S3 SPOILERS

Sherlock's having a little trouble getting ahold of himself after Magnussen visits him in the hospital. His panic is muted, but it's there, buried beneath the hospital-grade drugs he's hooked up to. Thankfully, John's presence is always better than the sedatives, anyway. [Set after the HLV deleted scene, whump, h/c, rated T because of the general tone of the deleted scene.]

Sherlock has dealt with a mystery illness for four years. Sent away from doctors and still undiagnosed, he learns to cope. However, when it becomes worse and his good friend Dr Watson notices, he sets about helping him. A good old sick!fic and some solid platonic bromance. Rated T to be safe. John and Sherlock are about to get intimate, but Sherlock has a horrifying flashback from high school. TW sexual assault/abuse, rape, and pstd.

A quiet night at 221b escalates into something much more serious. And it all starts with a shattered teacup. Rated T for some brief language and minor mentions of self-harm.

Sherlock relapses and John is there to try and save him but can he save himself? Lots of angst and some case solving. little bit of Johnlock fluff in later chapters. Rated T for drug use and strong language.

Sherlock and John are both retired and are still living together. Sherlock is diagnosed with Alzheimer's and suffers through the hell that it brings with only John to help him.

Unable to tell the difference between reality and hallucinations, he unwillingly and unknowingly gives everyone an unfiltered look into his own mind. And what they see is startling. OneShot. While Sherlock and John are out chasing a typical criminal in the darkened streets of London, he catches the pair off guard and Sherlock is incidentally injured protecting John. Now it's a matter of time to get Sherlock help before everything goes black and John loses him for good.

As if rebuilding his reputation after 'The Fall' wasn't hard enough for Sherlock he's struggling to keep up the charade that he is in perfect health. (complete)
