The Traveler was well-known for, among other things, getting into trouble wherever he goes. Naturally, when he arrived in the Nation of Justice, charges were placed on him near-immediately. That was a while back though but as news spread he was once again being arrested, the other nations of Teyat send their best to help him in his trial... or escape custody. Whichever came first.

Most people would say that the Traveller is a strange person and his companion even stranger. His friends would disagree with most people and would happily inform them where they can shove their opinions, not that they would actually say that in front of the Traveller of course.
