Cole returns to the Brisby's world to find out that Timmy is selected to fulfill a prophecy of Nicodemus that a son of Jonathan Brisby will save Thorn Valley from NIHM. Copper and Wally are whisked to the world of NIMH though not the Facility. There they are taken to the Rosebush on the Fitzgibbons Farm and must remain and find what Copper has long sought a father, strangely Justin wants to keep the boy, but Jenner has other plans and Mrs. Brisby needs help desperately but will this brave mother get the help she needs for her children?

While mourning the loss of her great aunt, a young girl named Elisabeth is taken to a world of mice and rats that were smart. She also must help a young field mouse named Mrs. Brisby and her family and must stop the evil Jenner. Can she do that in order to get home?

A year after Brisby's house is moved, a power plant installation forces Brisby and her children to seek Thorn Valley, home of the Rats of NIMH. What will await them there? More than they could've ever expected.

After getting sucked into a new book, Cherry and her friends end up in a brand new adventure which takes them into a forest to meet a shy, though kind widowed mouse by the name of Mrs. Brisby who needs to help cure her son who is deathly sick from illness, but even more adventures come to them while spending time with the poor mouse family who worry of Moving Day.

(This is a Rewrite of the Secret of NIMH 2: Timmy to the Rescue, and made into its own story, because everyone hated that movie) Timmy has gone missing and ran off to NIMH, Martin must team up with Rasco, Jenner's son, Lynda, Jeremy's daughter, and a human that was shrunk by a failed experiment, Gregory, to stop Calruda, and rescue Timmy. Just after their escape from NIMH, the rats (and two mice) find themselves in a woodlands. During a patrol, Jonathan Brisby discovers a trapped owl caught in a fence. Of course its only natural for mice to fear their biggest predator but can Jonathan get through his instincts to save someone who needs his help? And will the owl abide by his instincts and end up devouring him?
