I love this story! It's great! I love how you've portrayed the characters and their states of mind (and how slightly ridiculous somethings on the show are).
The only thing that I don't get is the time; there doesn't seem to be any transitions in time, it's only when you mention 'several months ago' that I realized that all of this hadn't happened in the space of week.
It's great! Keep up the fantasgreat work!

I think the story is very well written and put together. Many of the common mistakes and errors I see in other stories just aren’t present and that’s a credit to your ability. But, I’m just not sure how good of a HARRY POTTER story it is, crossover or not. In so many ways, this is a story about a muggle doctor who happens to be named Harry Potter and has a similar backstory.
There is just so little magic present in this story. I think other than some non-substantive references to mind magic and the use of a tiny bit of inconspicuous magic to diagnose someone in one chapter, there is otherwise no magic in this story. Magical healing was tremendously powerful in its own right, even from the brief glimpses we got in canon, that can’t be argued. It can do things that the muggles can only dream of. Though that doesn’t mean the muggles can’t teach the magicals things too, I admit. When George came in, why didn’t the thought even enter Harry’s mind that George should be taken immediately to a magical hospital to get his care? So he could be taken care of by magical healers who have a much better understanding of the unique medical needs of a wizard. I suppose you could have said he didn’t have time, but the thought wasn’t even entertained. Will Harry contact the American magicals and get him moved to a magical hospital when it’s safe? Your mindset is so exclusively muggle, I’m not sure that would happen in the story.
You mentioned George had a skull fracture, for instance. The wizards’ healing magic could easily fix that with Skele-Gro and actually REGROW the bone, maybe even vanish the broken bone portions and then regrow if straight out repair wouldn’t work.
It’s “splinching” not “splinting,” to refer to an apparition accident. Another bad sign that your HP knowledge is perhaps not up to task. The Harry Potter Wiki is a great resource for that kind of thing.
At one point I think I read in the story that Harry studied to be a magical healer as well. What is his goal? Is he trying to combine the muggle medical knowledge with the magical? Does he struggle with not using his magic to heal his muggle patients when he could easily do so in a number of instances? IF so, why is it we’ve never heard about this struggle? Does he intend to ever work as a healer in the magical world and save lives there? Why shouldn’t they also benefit from his skill and abilities? The story is completely silent on this kind of thing.
Harry Potter is a doctor in the muggle world now, but he’s also a famous wizard. Has he not run into any other magicals, muggleborn or halfblood, British or American, while out in the muggle world? No one has come up to him out of the blue and thanked him for all the good he’s done? None of the American magicals have asked him to do anything for them? Or sought him out?
I think, at some point, you kind of forgot that Harry was a wizard with a tremendous backstory that many of your readers were attracted to the story by. Harry IS a wizard and a powerful and famous magical; that can’t merely be an afterthought or a means to simply attract readers. It’s a fundamental aspect of himself. Regardless of whatever emotional trauma he may have faced, that’s a basic truth. It’s not something that he can change and it’s not something the story can or should forget. Harry is not a muggle.
I think there are some serious issues here, but like I said, it’s still a very well written story. You may have upped the drama to ridiculous levels at times, but that's part and parcel of Grey's Anatomy, I suppose. I’m curious to see how things develop in the short term and whether this can become a true HARRY POTTER crossover, though.

Great chapter, really good. I'm sure the Weasleys will understand why Harry did what he did and thank goodness he was there when George needed him :).
