Beautifully written. I wish more fanfics would flow just as nicely.

| Thebigfatflyingbeastinthetree chapter 1 . 10/20/2011
That was just... amazing. Really, I have no words to describe it. No matter how many times I read it, it still brings tears to my eyes. Your writing is so good!
| croquant chapter 1 . 2/26/2011
Really interesting point of view. Pretty much all I have to say has already been said, so I'll just add that you executed this very well - though we don't know anything about the doctor her reaction is still deeply moving.
| SongOfPerfidy chapter 1 . 2/21/2011
I think I've read this over five times, only because it is the most beautiful piece of writing I have read in quite some time. But...it's so sad...but I love it, and I love the character you created. Everything about this fanfiction was perfect. Perfect. Great job.
...now I need to go off and cry somewhere though.
| fanofthisfiction chapter 1 . 2/13/2010
This piece was wonderfully done. It takes what seems to be an indifferent distance from a patient and in the end makes it a very personal and deeply touching one. It's very striking to see a third party see such destruction that occurs to the boy that becomes a man with a broken past and inner damage he cannot escape.
One does not need to know much about Yu-Gi-Oh or Seto Kaiba for that matter although it makes the piece all the more poignant. It was truly lucky of me to have come across this piece.
| Azamiko chapter 1 . 11/16/2007
A good character sketch. I like her.
| Blank slate chapter 1 . 4/9/2007
| X2yp71c chapter 1 . 10/9/2006
Oh God. It's been so LONG since I've looked into my old passion. I've left it alone ever since I noticed the series growing horribly akin to Pokemon - neverending. Seto Kaiba, the idol I could never fully live up to. You manage to put everything down in less than a thousand words what I used to strive to do in tens of thousands, and never fully achieved. Ah. I envy your talent. Seto makes my heart ache. In sacrifice, I think many of us can relate.
| PharaonicWolf chapter 1 . 1/25/2006
This is amazing. So sad... I weep for Seto... Most of the sentences are really short and structured the same, but it works - it accentuates the similarites and gives it a disconnected feeling. I really don't know how to explain what makes this so great... but I love it. This is going on my favorites list.
| Akira Tosiyama chapter 1 . 11/13/2005
I'm crying again... your writing is so good...
| Jade Crimson Tears chapter 1 . 9/10/2005
aww.. so sweet and cleverly done, the parallels and the light hearted fashion the story was told made it even more tragic, and pretty.. )
| Shipperness chapter 1 . 9/6/2005
Touching. It could so easily have turned out this way couldn't it? Still may...Honestly, i rarely read a fiction potent enough to bring tears to my eyes. This certainly did it for me. It's one of the most beautifuly terrible things i've ever read. Fantastic.
