I kinda want to see Starfire as part of the Indigo Lantern tribe. She is for the power of compassion.

This story deserves more attention. Everyone is IC, but there's also some believable character devlopment, especially with how the released rings are effecting their new wielders.
Also, Sinestro's little side quest is pretty funny. His incredulousness at the criminals he's handling without any trouble... Probably factors in to why he betrays them corps later on. Lack of respect for the guardians and all.

This is my favorite chapter! I love the Razer and Kidflash team up. You should consider writing a fanfic just for them and maybe Artemis and Aya.
