This has been a great story so far, my only issue is that the government of v for vendettas time was stable in a way only time can manage and if the events are all squashed into the year of the deathly hallows it makes it all kind of unfeasible.

I wasn't aware of the timescale until this chapter but it is a major gaping plot-hole. Nothing would adversely affect your story if the events of the deathly hallows (and the horcrux hunt) were stretched over six years or seven years and it would allow normality of a sort to be achieved with the new order.

The ministry falls August, Dursleys and V captured around the same time then a month later he escapes in a fiery explosion, somehow heals and gets skilled enough to fight and create bombs and hijack magical radio stations and creates his shadow gallery by november 5th...

yeah I can't see it. V for Vendetta is a story stretching over a decade in the events described, the timeframe can be squashed some but why into the space of less than a year?

Hope you continue the story, its a good read and I'd like to see how you'd end it. And I have a few ideas about who V could be but would like to find out or get more information so I can try to figure it out.

WONDERFUL story... glad you are finally deviating more from the movie and making it flow more with magic.
