![]() ![]() ![]() This is a pretty good fanfic, though sadly its a canon pairing. Ginny is always the worst. Hard to read that part of it. Fortunately its fairly easy to skip the unpalatable scenes between Harry and fangirl Ginny. |
![]() ![]() pathetic |
![]() ![]() ![]() I enjoyed your story. |
![]() ![]() ![]() One of the shortest but brilliant Fiction ever read |
![]() ![]() ![]() Definitely a surprise with the 9mm! I was afraid it wouldn't be wrapped up in this chapter. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Great alternate version. I like your ending better. I like that it was Lily that met him. I like that He knew what was coming earlier and could plan. I like that they stopped Draco and saved him a different way. I liked that Severus, Tonks and Remus all lived. Enjoyed reading this. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Lovely. Thank you. |
![]() ![]() ![]() "Tell me Harry, did they ever once hit you?" OMG, if theres ONE sentence in all of existance that infuriates me more then actually abuse its a sentence that implies one thinks abuse is only physical. Because no it's not, abuse can be emotional, mental, and physical Also despite how cannon portrayed it the Dursleys were absolutely starving Harry. The best example I can give is Dudley's birthday in book 1. Dudley's birthday is June 23rd and that was the day Harry went to the cupboard as punnishment for his accidental magic at the zoo (and he was to be in there with no meals). Typical summer holidaies for students as far as I can find start July 24th or 25th and the book says by the time Harry was let out of the cupboard the summer holiday had started. He was in the the cupboard with, no meals for a month. He should have been ded and the Dursleys are dang lucky he wasn't (and this is some of Rowling's terrible writing coming into play, but my headcannon to make up for this is that Harry's magic saved him from deth, still tho...) |
![]() ![]() ![]() Love it |
![]() ![]() ![]() Heh. And honestly, "well-adjusted" was the *last* thing Harry was. Of course, if he *was* well-adjusted, the books would have been very different, because he would have had more trust in people, including adults. As it is, while Ron, the twins, and Hermione earned his trust, it took *years* for him to trust more people - and even then, I think there was a continuing spectre of mistrust even with those four. (He was disappointed, but only a bit surprised, by Ron's betrayal in GoF, after all.) |
![]() ![]() ![]() Yes, you redeemed Dumbledore although I still don't like the canon version of him. Great story! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I don't like Dumbledore AT ALL and I truly cannot understand how anyone does, tbh. I have read other stories that mostly redeem him but only after he admits what a total bastard he was and let's everyone know about everything he knows or suspects. But the Dumbledore from canon? Can't stand that Dumbledore. But I love your stories so am going to see how you redeem him in this story. :-) |
![]() ![]() Nothing greATER THAN mOTHERS LOVE |
![]() ![]() YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS |
![]() ![]() Dumbledore is NOT MISGUIDED! For him to be misguided he would have to listen to and follow others advice. He doesn't. He didn't listen to McGonagall in book one. Stop trying to make an evil man good. You are like Dumbledore continually say Snape is good. No good man would treat a child like Snape treated Harry. |
