I disagree with Sevenar's review. She explained that the demons were desperate, and they mentioned how easy it would be to simply catch the siblings again. They didn't anticipate the keys being in another world or getting surprise attacked they way they did, I thought the author was clever in the way she handled the hand-off. Besides, we're not 100% sure they all want Lucy dead. I think the author was shedding some light on the fact that Zeref was never able to open the keys so maybe they'll actually need Lucy alive, just the lesser demon's don't know any better. Well, that's just my train of thought.

This was very different from your other chapters, I can understand why you hesitated posting, but I am still just as hooked if not more so. Everyone was still in character, good lighthearted moments, good celestial spirit bonding which we don't see much of, and lots of typical Lucy emotions. I say good job and write on!

I-I love this chapter.

I personally don't think this chapter compares to the others in terms of writing considering Lucy's plan against the demons weren't very good and the only reason it worked is because it the plot of the story.

It doesn't make much sense as to why the demons would give up the hostages when they saw that Lucy had hidden the keys away from them; really wouldn't they have just started killing hostages as soon as they saw she'd broken the deal instead of getting rid of their leverage? After all as long as they had the siblings then Lucy couldn't do anything, Virgo would have been unable to hand her the keys and she wouldn't have the time to summon before the demons could kill someone. The demons main objective in this story is killing Lucy and getting the keys both of which could have been done had they done the former right then and there. After all after killing Lucy they'd still have some valuable hostages that Fairy Tail would be unable to mount a rescue mission as they could just kill them if they sense to many people and then leave, and its not like anyone else can actually use the keys. Putting her in a position where she can get the keys and summon one of the Bleach characters really seems like one of those scenes in a shounen manga where the villain does something irredeemably stupid and that is the ONLY reason they lose.

Also where is Ichigo in this story? He's listed in the summary as a character but so far there hasn't been so much as a mention of him from one the summoned factions. And where is this in the Bleach timeline? As we saw Baraggan in an earlier chapter so this seems to be before the actual battle, but I can't see Aizen just letting someone else use his soldiers for their own benefit without doing something. Maybe we'll see Aizen come and take Lucy or come to prevent her from using the keys? Or maybe even the Captain-Commander, seeing as she is basically taking his soldiers to fight for her when his people are in the middle of a war.

I squeeled after Grimmjows introduction... omgaaawd I could picture his smile and his swag-like walk! Please update. Now. I know you just did like, 2 minutes ago. But I need more Grimmjow!

p.s. why were you hesitating on this chapter?! Very well written. Lucy's "emotional turmoil" was on point (perfect chapter title btw). She's super emotional but also brave, I thought you hit the nail on the head :)

This story is very thorough. This is part of the reason why I enjoy reading it so much :) your writing is extremely detailed and very easy to become addicted to... So don't keep us waiting too long for another update :)

Would you consider making a few M one-shots? Your writing is definitely better than most authors and I think you could make some spicy romances. Like a LaxusxLucy or StingxLucy? Just thought Id throw it out there. Loving the story, can't wait for more.
