I loooove this story so much! Minerva really deserved a new lease on life!

I don't know if you're still getting reviews after all this time.
I stopped reading this fandom around 5 years ago, and I had an irrepressible urge to re-read this one yesterday, i don't know why. Well, the timing was indeed heartbreaking, and I just reach the point where I usually cry.
All I want to say is, thank you for writing this one, I'll cherish it forever.

Lemon isn’t usually my thing if I have to be entirely honest (which is amusing to me because I love lemons and I really enjoy RL lemon).. maybe it’s about timing, maybe it’s about buildup, or just maybe, it’s about most Lemon simply not being written Well.. for once I’m happy to report that I enjoyed it.. it seemed realistic (all of it could be or has been done by myself at one point), I could feel myself connecting to it and it did shake up a few butterflies in my stomach. So it would be a lie to claim this was poorly written.

I don’t usually write reviews mid story as I prefer to read complete stories and give my review at the end, however I felt that this lemon needed to be recognized

ahh! I loved this. start to finish. I loved watching Minerva learn who Mary was. I loved seeing her as both Professor and 18 yr old Minerva. the contrast was beautiful and brilliant.

I loved seeing 2 of the smartest witches of their ages, develop a friendship with each other, and with an understanding of what it is like to be outcast bc of their intelligence. and the realization that they wouldn't have that in each other. watching that realization, was so so beautiful. I loved watching them learn how to read each other. how driven they were to protect and care for the other. I loved Minerva's brother! and I love how Harry was the brother Hermione always needed in this.

I think the ending might’ve been a bit abrupt and a chapter of them reconciling before the epilogue would’ve been better. Overall, this story was great! Can’t wait to read your other stories

Lavender's bad week was pretty fun to read about, and well deserved! Lesson learned, hopefully.
And Malcolm is great! Very likeable. (Btw, in the sentence "Robert stayed far" you wrote Robert instead of Malcolm... and since I'm on this, in many chapters there are odd spellings for Weasley and Parvati - sorry it's a mania of mine hehe)

Forgot to mention, a couple of chapters back: I got the impression Hermione's parents are alive, but from an earlier chapter I'd understood they were not... So what is it?

Albus and Minerva's old/new friendship makes me smile. But I can't help feeling that the situation has been handled quite poorly by the 'grown-ups' here, Minerva included. Not consulting over the holidays? Going back/letting her back on the train? Mh.
The articles were great! Both the supportive one and the trashy one, perfect and fun.
Fred and George can be disruptively fun and at the same surprisingly considerate.
Neville and Ginny? That's an idea! And what about Harry, would you pair him off with Luna here or something?
Finally, Ron. I fear he will do something stupid sooner or later.
