Definitely did not expect this ending.

This is a disappointment. Good writing, bland and sudden ending. Thought it was maybe part of a series when I was coming up on the final chapter, but no. Just a sudden ending. Not a bad one, but definitely boring and disappointing.

I love your story so far and will binge-read it tonight, but, a small advice, for us poor non-english natives, go slower on the way Hagrid talks, it makes it really hard to understand sometimes.

But apart from that (tiny) detail, the plot is awesome, not something I had ever read, and i'm eager to see where it leads.

Fuck you and your AN. There's no justification for such a stupid, anticlimactic, downer ending. Violet was always less real than Daphne. I assume you just got tired of writing this story so you just decided to ruin it instead of abandoning it. Your justification about "in reality not everyone gets a happy ending" is idiotic because this is NOT reality, it's a fucking story, and the "point" to it was completely unnatural and came off of nowhere. Not gonna read any of your shitty fics after this disappointment, and I sincerely hope you get brain cancer and die in pain.

Why are people complaining about Harry killing Ginny? Very early in the fic he said clearly he won't hesitate about killing half of the world if it means bring Violet a body so it was clearly a clue that this Harry would be pretty dark, hell I won't be surprised if he ended killing Daphne too.
