I mean every single one and I’m sorry if no one ever told you this. This is probably one of the first really good oc centric stories that didn’t push romance and was able to hold my attention, which doesn’t mean much to anyone else but it does to me. I just wanted to say this on the off chance you see it. |

| Axccel chapter 1 . 4/2/2023 Personally, I always liked Orochimaru as a character. He's just so...ninja. I especially like how he generally doesn't use flashy techniques or fling elemental power around like a wizard. Instead his techniques tend to be things that expose enemy vulnerabilities or enable him to avoid being hit while returning to stealth. He fights like, well, like a ninja with magical powers would fight. Itachi does, too, for the most part. I always found the elemental techniques to mostly be dumb or wasteful and the low-rank elemental ninjutsu and even straight nature manipulation to be far more useful than the mid and high level stuff, though not all. Like, why spit a fireball when I can just fling a kunai with an explosive tag to cause dramatically greater damage with basically no effort? Why would I use Chidori when I can use chakra flow on my hand or dagger for the same result? |
