You have a formal, straightforward writing style that pulled me in. This feels like a statelier interpretation of these characters and their setting. I enjoyed that overall.
Also, as an observation, you seem to have excluded the feminist undertone that I think Frozen bears. Elsa saying that she wanted to throw herself into Karl's arms, and being led by the arm twice, and the chair being pulled out, generally the behavior of the characters...this gives your story a different feel than the original source. I'm curious to see how this change in theme plays out as the story progresses.
