Rita corpse will just awaken their animagus forms. Voldemort's corpse will restore Harry's parselmouth Ability and may awaken dormant bloodline traits like the Black family metamorphagus ability in Draco.

your characterization of Heather is very inconsistent. she has powerful magics but she's easily taken out by wolves (stupefy and incarcerous alone could get rid of them), she has the gift of speed and reflexes but she's easily subdued by regular warriors, she embodies courage and bravery but disapparation is her first thought when given signs of aggression. really breaks any of her developments.

Draco needing this contract is still a little weird to me and him being a man makes me think that he doesn't completely understand why hermione doesn't like the idea of basically being sold. At least luna was there to help cause I doubt Draco would want a furious hermione on him cause she hates the contract
