Flitwick just finished saying they were going to go through the spells they already knew. Beginning with the first spell they EVER learned. You don't think they would have gone in ORDER, continuing with ALL of the first year spells, before advancing to second year, some other day, and then third, fourth, etc., at some later time?

I doubt SEVERELY, that that they went from a first year spell, to a second, then a third, and then a summoning charm. (which is BEYOND fourth year level. Harry had to learn it for the Tournament, not as fourth year curriculum.)

Harry can't Captain quidditch, OR lead the D.A. if he's in France or Norway.,And McGonnagall wrote BOTH letters.

Victor still has his "regular" Professional team he plays for, when it is NOT a World Cup year, that he has to practice with and they DO have a season to prepare for and games to play.
Just like with the REAL Olympic athletes, everyone has a team they play for. Baseball, Soccer, volleyball, water polo,NHL Hockey in the winter games. NBA basketball.. It's not just about making a National team. It's suspending and interrupting MANY professional leagues, that have to wait for their players to return.
Thousands of people are affected and millions of dollars in revenue can be lost... Hopefully regained through goodwill, and attention their stars command on a World stage.
