Don’t take this the wrong way… I hate this.

I hate that now I have to read the books and possibly finally get round to watching GoT. I’ve been avoiding it for so long. I avoided crossover fics etc because I know what I’m like. I knew that if I started, I wouldn’t be able to help myself and I knew I didn’t have time for another huge fandom in my life. Although, due to ill health, the issue now is more if I have the capability.

But now I need more of an understanding of the parent texts before delving further into GoT fandom and fics. How long that will take, I have no idea. But I guess it’s something to look forward too. I was just hoping for a few more years before I broke down and gave in lol
