This is a great idea but you have too many mistakes to enjoy the story. May I suggest you find a beta reader to help you out? It would get you more experience in writing and see what mistakes you've made and learn from it. Good luck with your journey in writing.

First off, this fic is very enjoyable. Second, Bleach has a shit load of character's so there's no need for an OC. Third, you wrote that Rukia and Renji didn't know about who Urahara was, when they had stayed over at his place with Byakuya in the third chapter. Fourth, you're missing Ishida, since it's clear that he doesn't know the twins very well so you'll probably have to create a situation where Ishida starts following them and trying to figure out what the twins are. Then he'd probably throw a fit with the fact that Hichigo is a hollow before the twins do stuff (Kill hollows, save a life, etch.) to convince Ishida that Hichi isn't a threat to him unless he does something stupid. After that, they're friends-ish... Am I rambling?

Ichigo should know that he's going to get involved with the Shinigami whether he liked it or not.

Wow... you weren't kidding when you said there'd be grammatical mistakes! I think you're making me hate the letter 's'. Slowly.. but surely. Lol. Didn't you get a beta or something?

Aside from that... it's quite interesting. I like the fact that you made subtle changes so it doesn't match the Canon exactly. I'm, quite frankly, sick of reading the same opening again and again. It's not funny after some twelfth story or so. I'm not going to comment on the pairing, as I'm pretty neutral to this one. (Can't help but slightly cringe though...) And the one-sided Byakuya/Kaien one... well, I couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at that. But I digress.
About including more... explicit yaoi scenes in the story, I think it depends on the flow of the chapter. Otherwise it would just be awkward. (Personally, I'd prefer if you didn't add it though. I don't mind reading some tense/sweet/a little teasing/etc situations between the couple, but I mostly prefer to read the actual story than just two guys, or girls or both, getting all hot and bothered.).
