As for dornes navy, they dont have any proper war vessels but they do have a number of smaller raiding ships they use for anti piracy in the narrow sea and step stones, the oceanic areas east or dorne are well known to be some of the most pirate filled waters in the entire GOT universe, fan estimates say they have around 90 of these small vessels, the offical number was never clarified however.

NOOOOO! I just found this and read it all the way through over a few days. I finally reached this last chapter and was like "Dang, now I gotta wait for an update." Then I saw its been almost 6 years since the last update. My Disappointment Is Immeasurable And My Day Is Ruined.

Ima be honest, this is a really good idea for a story. Of course, there are bad things too. William is simply not ruthless enough to do well in the game of thrones. The only way I see him surviving is plot armor.

You forgot the Riverlands military strength. Supposedly 45.000 men at full muster, infantry to cavalry ratio being 3:1. Presumably the Riverlands also have defensive ships, as Seaguard is mentioned to have 2 war galleys and 6 longships (all belonging to the Mallister's). It isn't mentioned how many ships either Saltpans (House Cox) or Maindenpool (House Mooton) posses.
