![]() ![]() ![]() Excellent! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Well done! I was leery when Gibbs said that Ziva would be taken back to NCIS. I actually cheered out loud at Gibbs’ line about the FBI handling the investigation, since Tony’s status as a Federal agent made Ziva’s home invasion, vandalism, assault and battery of two Federal agents (she fought Gibbs when he helped Tony to restrain her) makes it a Federal crime. Almost nobody gets it right, but you did! The only things so noted where that the FBI would have been the ones to take Ziva into custody, and to one of their facilities. I don’t know whether that would be the FBI headquarters. Department of Justice attorneys would work with the FBI in building the case, and Federal. DOJ prosecutors would argue the case in Federal court. My Mom worked in consumer protection for the Housing and Urban Development, investigating claims of land and real estate fraud in which the crook lured the victims from out of state. If it’s helpful for future writing, any crime committed on US government property is a Federal crime. Any crime committed against a Federal employee related to the employee’s Government job, regardless of where it occurs, is under Federal jurisdiction. If you’re interested, I can tell you a story my Mom related to me about the creative revenge taken on the offices of a married, middle aged schlub of a division supervisor who’d gotten the sec by the outraged male relatives of the secretary he’d gotten pregnant, dumped, and had fired. (This was decades ago, before there were security checkpoints at the buildings of civilian non- law enforcement, or national security related agencies, or the official residences or private homes of protected elected officials, and the offices, DC and local of members of Congress and the Department of State. Before I was in high school (early 80s) when my sister and I came to visit my Mon at work, we just walked into the building and straight into the elevators and up to her office. After the incident in the office of the slimeball supervisor, there was a half-assed manned security desk out in place right before you got to the elevators. Visitors gave the name of the person they were there to see, and the guard called the person, who came down to escort the visitor upstairs. The fact that the show has visitors able to access the bullpen or any other part of NCIS without escort would have been unrealistic _before_ 9/11. After it, it’s flat out ridiculous. Again, yay you for getting this right, and for this whole story! Off to the next chapter! |
![]() ![]() ![]() awesome story |
![]() ![]() Jsyk, Ziva isn't Israeli because she's Jewish. She's Israeli because she was born in Israel. Not all Jews are Israeli, and not all Israelis are Jews. She should have been fired a long time ago. Or not allowed on the team in the first place, ideally, after setting Kate up to be killed. It's not Gibbs' fault she lied to her therapists because she didn't want to recover from any trauma she suffered...she's a grown woman and an experienced agent, she knew what she was doing. |
![]() ![]() Ziva's psychological problems are not the agency's responsibility to bear. Let her get treatment, find another job, or both. |
![]() ![]() It's absolutely heartbreaking to think of all of Tony's potential being wasted as he sits around for years just waiting for Gibbs to finally retire (or be forced to retire). He could have had such a highly successful career in practically any other agency he wanted. |
![]() ![]() Fire Ziva! |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is a really great story so far. Poor, poor Tony, though. As if what Tim and Ziva did isn't bad enough, then Vance just has to make things worse. But at least Gibbs fixed that. |
![]() ![]() To all the people who wrote that McGee did nothing to prevent Vance suspending DiNozzo,I think you need to go back and read ch 3 again. |
![]() ![]() McGee probably learnt more in the six months he had Cooper as his training officer than he did all the time he was on Gibbs team previously because Cooper probably showed him how to do things correctly and didn't mind showing him more than once if McGee asked him to,unlike Gibbs and DiNozzo who both expected junior agents to understand how to do something by been shown once and got annoyed if they were asked to repeat it, especially Gibbs whose attitude was"I don't teach, you're expected to watch me do it once and know how to do it perfectly and don't waste my time by asking me to show you a second time". |
![]() ![]() I enjoyed this story very much. Thank you! |
![]() ![]() Thank you for sharing this great story. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Dommage qielle soit morte mais des fois il faut aller au bout de son imagination. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Ziva a beau avoir un talent et des qualités à telle la compétence réelle d'être dans son équipe a gibbs ? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Pauvre ziva . |
