I love this short story you should consider tuning it into a longer story.

I never liked how the books and ficdom portray Hermione as Batman. Super intelligence coupled with preparation for any situation yet she lacks social skills and ability to follow instructions. She always did her own thing. Hermione was a know it all with good retention for what she read. The books even showed others having more practical ability than her. Harry for instance had far more ability with spell casting, but the books kept him lazy despite a psychopath hunting him

very unusual story. Most of the real crap also has terrible grammar and spelling; this is one of the few pieces of crap that seems to be written by someone who at least knows English.

This story shows that you're not a native English speaker, or you would know that the following sentence had a totally different meaning in Great Britain:

"Sirius Black is my godfather and I'm pretty pissed that this ..."

In the UK, this would mean that Harry was getting drunk, because Sirius Black was his godfather. It's a totally understandable reaction on first thought, but rather unrealistic for a 14 year old boy, right? ;) If you want to stay with "pissed", then the correct usage would be "pissed off".
