It's so good and yet so short! I'm craving for more! I love how this story does not take the common 'sex at an inn' or 'sakura is a virgin, sasuke is not'. This is something new for me. Very, very interesting. I like the pace; not too fast :)

First of all, this is a lovely start to your story. :) I think I really like the twist you've added to this story.(It's not often that Sakura ever has any relationship with other men besides Sasuke) XD

I truly enjoyed the parts you added about Naruto, Hinata and the Leaf Village in general. This had give more context to help us better understand the story and has created a greater depth to this story. Nice Job!

However, I think it would be helpful if you added more emotions between Sakura and Sasuke. This is the part I really wanted more of. Maybe describe facial expressions, tone of voice and body signals.( tense, relaxed, stiff etc.) I am looking forward to the romance and fluff! :DDD

I think the whole point of Taro not being introduced is because the point is he's not important enough to be. Giving more info on him would make him more significant. The story has some rough edges and some parts are really well written-I like your style, but some parts are very shallow.

You may want to change your story telling into past tense from present tense. It usually is. There are quite a lot of missing words in the middle of your sentences.

The idea of Sakura living a modern life and actively have a sex life is fine. But that bit was in fact the least enjoyable of your creation to read in my opinion. Firstly, I think you should introduce this 'Taro' for our understanding. He's not in the canon, is he? If he is, I beg your pardon.

Your description is pretty good, actually. It's a fair starting point.
