![]() ![]() ![]() very good work |
![]() ![]() ![]() I'm just imagining Shirou making 3 copies of Excalibur, giving one to Arturia, and saying something like "We have 4 Excaliburs. Where's your god now?" Or something like that. Anyways, good story! I didn't like it at first, but after I skipped the first half, I really started to like it. |
![]() ![]() very good, loved |
![]() ![]() ![]() Shirou felt a bit off, but you did offer your explanation for that, so I won't begrudge you. Though please, please fix the bit about tea. Tea become part of european culture around 16th, maybe 17th century, there's no way King Arthur, who lived centuries before that period even heard of tea. Another smallish critique is that I have no idea what's going on, but on the other hand, it makes me wish to find out so it's not too bad. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Excellent. I was beginning to think you gave up on this story. This was a nice addition chapter. I thought for a moment that you were describing the Hound of Basckerville |
![]() ![]() ![]() the awesomeness here is great. thanks for the update |
![]() ![]() ![]() Nice chapter. "It's" instead of "its" is used many times. I felt there was unnecessary redundancy. The style often leads to that. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I take it you're pulling a bit of a Nasu here, then? For all that "mad dog" may have been a good way to describe Gwrgi in the original Welsh tales, he wasn't actually a literal dog. (Though your description DOES appear to fit the Welsh Gwyllgi, the "Dog of Darkness", fairly well – about the only difference was that it was described as resembling a mastiff rather than a wolf, and its legend isn't quite as grisly as, say, the Barghest or the Black Shuck. (Meh, if you're Nasu-ing it anyway, may as well just combine all three into one single unholy creature, for simplicity's sake.) |
![]() ![]() ![]() Good to see the update again, this is a very good story and I certainly hope you continue to support it. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Amazing story. Cool premise. It's a bit long winded. You spent a huge fucking amount of time on the wolf thing. Way too much in my personal opinion. Can't wait for next chapter. I find it a little cliche that great red chose all of the above, but I am sure you won't overpower Shirou. I haven't gotten far at all in the dxd world, so i'll probably be a little confused but I am fine with that. Can't wait for how saber will improve in regards to magic. She is one of the best swordswoman with the best sword. Wonder what will happen when she adds magic? Well more magic. When will ise and Japan show up? This, by the way, is not an implied negative. I find it extremely interesting and original for them to not be at the rias's school. Or Japan at all. |
![]() ![]() ![]() So from what u said e has heavens feel body since that shirou had a body like archer, then unlimited blade works shirou with the experience so 2 fold, and whatever fate shirou had |
![]() ![]() ![]() Fantastic chapter! Really liked the flow and pacing as well as the POV's. Thought the fight was well done too. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I should point out that Shirou was 'always' broken. That's the whole reason he could get a Reality Marble in the first place. Also... I forget since it's been a while, but were you intentionally changing DxD canon in making Excalibur the most powerful Holy Sword, or was that just a misunderstanding? As for 'destroying city blocks at a time,' I should point out that, to a higher ranking Fallen Angel, that level of power is kind of... meh. A high ranking Fallen Angel should be able to destroy a good portion of a 'city' with a single attack. Seraph equivalent ones could destroy one of the islands of Japan. |
![]() ![]() ![]() So shirou has archer's memories, a better body, and a sacred gear...daaaaammmm Love it and can't wait for the reactions of sabre |
![]() ![]() ![]() great chapter and interesting as well |
