I know it's just a story meant for enjoyment/entertainment, BUT. I did comment on the paternal father issues earlier - then I did see a couple chapters later the guy did sign away his rights - BUT - [& I know it's for the sake of drama in the story, and I am tempted to just skip ahead to see how easily (or not) it wraps up], BUT;

My point is that at the time, it seemed to me that (while I skip over some paragraphs sometimes out of tiredness, or what have you (the chapters can get a little long/minorly overly verbose, for me, at times depending on how my day has gone, but)) - it seemed to me that it was skipped over really rather fast as far pushinh the 'bio' dad out of the picture

I would have thought they (might) have wanted to make a little bit more of an effort with the guy, just considering really really hard all the possible future ramifications, I mean, the Greys seem really really family orientated at the same time, so I guess it surprised me on the one hand they gave up on the guy so easily. It (could) have possibly turned out really great -

I see it from the other perspective too though of having or wanting to keep it moving with as little strife or stress to Mia in her condition (even though they had a little bit of time to get the guy to come around, talk to his family, whatever -

But ... If it was really THAT clear and plain to them that they just had to 'tear the band-aid off' as quickly and painlessly as possible and just keep it moviing like I said - then I guess that would just be the Exective decision they had to make at the time to protect everybody.

I just would have thought too that Mia might have known him a little better since they went to school and not have slept with him if he was such a 'douche-bag'.

But, then again, many guys aren't being "douchy" when they are "romancing" -

I don't know, I guess the guy was caught by surprise, and I can assure you, they are WAY worse people who could have gotten pregnant, but... I guess he really didn't want a baby - I was just going to say that (even though, (I just remembered) the abortion comment WAS HORRIBLE - CG "lashed out" before - you'd have to understand that was all it was?

Anyway - that's my two cets. Just, a mess.

*& Taylor was like "Yep, we got him boss" - & CG was like "Hmph" - like 'take that Hyde' or whoever

& Taylor was quietly proud. I liked that it was sweet.

That's the thing, I can judge and say how spoiled they are, that's what ppl do, but at the same time you don't know what you're getting into at the beginning of big things that get bigger and ppl around you can start acting crazy, you do have to take measures and adjust for your own protection, somethimes, sadly even from your own family (Carla) ..
CG did work hard for what his character has so, you kind of can't fault him for that... And he does spread the wealth... I do think though that he should also see how some circumstances in his own country can be rectified...

I get CG having a hard time disciplining. That's usually me with a three old. A sucker.

I am glad that Ana is not "pencil thin" as is usually written. Refreshing.

Though I do sometimes think it odd that he does not seek to run for an office of any kind, or marry someone with an eye towards business like him say for example -

But what I do like about about this story is the change of pace from Ana being in Publishing or what have you.

Thank you for giving her a "REAL" job. It makes sense because she works with his mother - and it makes her more likable - great idea.

This is a good CG Taylor bonding moment.

I agree that it is hard not to be friends, though Taylor too has a job to do -

One of the best bonding moments I read in another story was after CG and Taylor got in a fight (Taylor and CG against someone else, not against each other) - and it killed me, I thought it was so cute and awesome that CG got in there, to get 'his hands dirty' too, and later CG was like "we f*cked him up hey T", LMAO - it was just so cute (a younger version of CG), not too pretty to throw down in the proper circumstances. There's something hot about that. Well the way it was written was perfect anyway. Lol.
