This was cute

The only thing I don't like is that it's "Complete"? Would like to see the set-up to this and also what happens after?

What a delightful, clever story! Such a brilliant idea to have them watch DA as the events play out in their own lives. You write modern MM so well, I hope you will do so again. Well done!

This is so clever, well done! I think the reworking of Matthew's inner conflict over a client who took her life is a nice turn of the canon twist into a moder AU, and it really works, so as does Mary's suggestion that maybe he could change his work life somehow. I like to think that that's what he did, after a while ;)

This is a little revenge too, isn't it? ;)
| circa1910 chapter 1 . 7/7/2014
Yes, yes, yes...so funny-au Matthew a stone lighter, bearded, eye glass-wearing just like "that actor" after he left the show and looks like he got sick. A 'drama queen"-yup, that's Matthew at his most-infuriating. What's an MEP? Au Matthew's modern day scruples were in line with the character. He can be haunted by such a tragic outcome but he isn't to blame.

I loved this! You write modern just as well as period.
| Apollo888 chapter 1 . 7/6/2014
These types of stories where they are watching DA are quite difficult to pull off. They often become contrived and cheesy, but I like what you've done here. The modern setting is very accurate and yet doesn't take away from their personalities which still shine through very well. It's difficult to redeem a plot device that was so bizarre in the first place but I like how you went to lengths to try and put it in a more realistic and believable context. Well done.
| Guest chapter 1 . 7/6/2014
Clever and an amusing episode in a modern day context. I enjoy all your stories!

This is refreshing, 'wild' and very amusing. You've done it again; I like your lighthearted tone here! God bless...
