You have an interesting idea, and your Grammer is on point.
However, everything kinds ends there.
No offense, but your first chapter alone is filled with a lot of plot holes, contradictions, and plot points that feel and are very forced.
You give Naruto his empathic abilities and claim that it allows him to truly understand everyone, and when you truly understand someone "you love them".
Your Naruto originally comes off as enlightening and able to see the truth to world and all that.
However, that quickly changes when his empathic abilities only mean shit for Konoha. That he would love Konoha, yet hate the cloud nin for similar reasons. It's a really forced point in trying to give a reason why Naruto loves Konoha and its residence, despite the extreme emotional and (in this case) physical abuse.
There's more I can say, but no one really gives a shit and I don't feel like typing anymore.
I'm not saying give up, but there is a lot of things that can be improved.
