![]() ![]() ![]() OH...I forgot to say - I would so enjoy a 'part ii' though you probably don't have one to add. I rarely request sequels for my own selfish pleasure but this...yes. Please. If you ever considered it. I'd read it. Over and over. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I finally got to read this the other night. Work has been so crazy and I got a new Kindle to reward myself for not killing anyone. When I loaded all my books onto it - I saw this and realized I'd not read it yet. Shame on me. As always, you thrill me. This was a wonderful, crazy and...well it's just wonderful. I love it. I love how there is so much possibility in something so crazy. Kind of like "Housesitter" by Widdy. That is one of my most favorite stories for that specific reason - it's absolutely nuts...but absolutely possible. Some things have been like that in my life. Very spur of the moment wild choices that have just been RIGHT in that moment and probably wouldn't have even worked at any other time but THAT moment. Sometimes life really does come down to times when you say "oh to hell with it..." and you just go. Okay enough of my own bull. I love this story. I love your Miranda and her thought process - how real she is. You continue to inspire me in this fandom in amazing ways and I am endlessly grateful. THANK YOU! |
![]() ![]() This is a great story! Please continue with it, I would love to read more about the two of them making up for lost memories. |
![]() ![]() ![]() That was awesome and I loved the use of humor. Thanks for sharing and may the muse be with you. |
![]() ![]() Really great story! You should continue it. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Love it! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I was inordinately excited when I saw you had a new fic, and, as always, it did not disappoint, although I would love to see a bit more from Miranda's perspective. Thank you for another great read! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Loved it! Great story! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Sometimes I wish I could drink enough to forget... Pity. In their case, too bad they forgot their night. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Great morning :-) |
![]() ![]() ![]() Ack, this was brilliant. I don't think I've ever seen another writer do the Vegas trope without spending half the time writing out bits and pieces of the missing night slowly coming back to the leading ladies, and I liked it so much better this way! I loved that the lack of memories didn't end up mattering at all; that getting to have it all fresh a second time around was reward enough. And Elvis! My favorite sort of humor. The pace of this was so perfect and the dialogue was so natural and everyone was in character and ugh. It's been too long since I read one of your fics. Your Miranda has to be one of my favorites: unapologetic, assertive, and dangerous, but just soft enough around the edges. Thank you so much for this fabulous ficathon gem. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I really love this |
![]() ![]() ![]() I've been wanting to read a Vegas fic like this, with this pair for a while. You did everything perrfectly. I liked how it started in Miranda's POV, but most of the story was in Andy's. There were a couple of grammar issues, but nothing that couldn't be very easily over looked. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Very cute story :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() These two have had quite the day! Glad they both figured out what they wanted. Thanks for the read. |
