It gave me a whole new perspective on the 'Walking on water' story, which I never understood before.

A fantastic story! I really enjoyed the symbolism within your character names (The friend John who leads Haru to 'Christ'ine) and the reflections on the various Bible verses. My favourite part was chapter three and all of Haru's horrified reactions to Jesus' "illogical" actions concerning water. That really got me laughing!
I also have to commend you for your research. Whether it's little details such as lifeguarding exam requirements or biblical quotations there's an air of authority to your writing - that you know your stuff and write from experience.
"Living Water" is a very sweet love story with some excellent extended metaphors woven throughout the plot. I'm glad I took the chance to sink into your fiction and will definitely check out your other works.

So, Christine is Christian? Or at least believes in God? I don't think I've ever come across a fanfic that involves an OC who's religious, so I give you serious props for that. And I'm not just saying that - I myself am Christian, and it's nice to read about someone who shares similar beliefs for once. Haha, I love the bantering between Christine and Rose, they're hilarious! Wonderful writing!

Haha, wow they become friends without Haru even realizing it. It seems Christine's starting to get the hang of teaching Haru - if not by sticking the word 'water' into every other sentence. She's seriously too nice, but it seems that she's exactly what he needs. Excellent writing!

Oh, looks like Christine finally got it right! I can't imagine trying to teach Haru anything - I don't have her saintly patience, unfortunately. It's never been one of my virtues. But, thankfully for Haru, it's one of Christine's! I really like them together, they're so perfect. Amazing work!

I really love the way you write - it not only involves a higher level of vocabulary, but also words that help draw a better picture in the viewers' minds. Haha, Haru is definitely a bit of a cynic and I'd totally expect him to skip classes just to swim more. Christine sounds amazing, but oddly enough even though sometimes people write characters like yours and they end up being Mary-Sues, Christine is not one of those cases. Excellent work, I'm very impressed so far!
