I can't believe I hadn't read this sooner. It's really nicely written, and I have a lot of sympathy for Harry. I like the way you explained his SAO phenomenon. I think this has been a very interesting read so far.

your story is too good. I spent from 12:20 pm of 7/12/17 to 1:46 am of 7/13/17 reading up to the current chapter.

I barely stopped to go eat and get more water or stopped to play my daily dose of League of Legends.

Now I am going to the bath room and off to bed before I go and read another one of your stories.

RPG means Role Playing Game, not Roll Playing Game.

I am pretty sure antipathy should be replaced with apathy. Antipathy is a synonym for hate or hostility whereas James is displaying a distinct lack of empathy or antipathy.

I have to agree that filling out forms can involve quite a bit of ground pounding and be a drag overall.

In spite of that i think you did well as far as the end result is concerned. Did go through all the essential details(avoided most stereotypical pitfalls or handled them well in good to innovative fashion) and yet kept it actually interesting by making those only part of what was going on with a lot of focus on how Harry reacts to certain things in his life.

The difficulties he still has and how living with his new found family helps with that. In addition to that how you can take him out of the game, but never the clearer out of him by that point. For example checking for magical threats upon seeing that unknown person.

All of that works nicely to change up the chapter from what could have otherwise been rather boring paper work and info dump.

That is the rough of it, needless to say i like all the smaller details as well and once again happy with a new chapter!

In regards to Harry‘s condition(size etc.), i eventually got the fun if entirely off notion that he managed to manifest and press his soul into the form that it is now. And as such that body is him as his soul recognizes it, no change required. To his annoyance to be sure.

And him later learning a polymorph spell to take on different(grown up) appearance. Ridiculous, but combined with his leveling reminded me of a comic were quite mystic beings were used to taking innocuous forms like that of a child/teenager.

You know, it's come to my attention from re-reading this story up to this point: Hermione and co are now Player Characters with the full power of the Aincrad code in them. They have stats... what are their stats? I assume you do plan to eventually actually let them use the benefits of the Code beyond just the "game sight" that they all have (even if it's not brought up much aside form the first times they see), so I'm looking forward to that.

Why was he affected by the Killing Curse now when he shrugged it off without vomiting two years earlier when Malfoy used it on him.
