Yo, small note, I don't think it makes too much sense for Vain to decrease STR, VIT and DEX. A Decrease in reputation gain, or decrease in INT or WIS would make more sense for being vain. A vain person might not be very smart in spending their time or resources, but they won't get any weaker physically because of it. If you mean as in the fact that she would be malnourished from a diet, that should be a separate status effect, being different enough from Vain.
