As for Mokuro and Chrome I think you can go both ways with them, this Tsuna wouldn't reject them, they have a lot of things in common and he can see Harry in both of their lives. But you also have Chamall on the other hand and he already has a beginning of harmony with him.
You could also go for the plot to have more than one element, but I don't think that's your intention.
