Well done. This story is well written, thoughtful and perfectly walks the line between being romantic/cute and dealing with important and pressing issues in the world. The character development was really fantastic and I thought that your depiction of Percy and Annabeth was true to PJO, but you definitely added more depth to them in a way that suited the story beautifully. Also, love the ending, such a cute full circle moment! Anyway, I just wanted to say that this was a really beautiful story and you are a really great writer.

Funny thing: I have a book that in a lot of ways is similar to this, only it’s about a gay guy who moves to a private school for a change in his life from just being ‘the gay guy’ and ends up accidentally getting involved with his roommate, who thought he was straight, only it doesn’t have a happy ending. It has a realistic ending, and a sequel that further explores it. They don’t end up back together, they never date, and honestly it feels right.

It’s called Openly Straight, and it’s honestly one of my favorite books because of how it resonates with my life.

Loved it I kind of want to copy your idea but add in Clary from TMI and have her and Annabeth be dorm mates and they slowly discover each other’s secret and then they have to hide it from Jace and Percy.

I started reading this skeptical. I thought it’d be cliche and be like a lot of the other cliche fan fiction on this website. While I have to admit I could predict the path of the story right from the get go, it was fantastically written and very engaging. Cliche can be good sometimes. Overall an amazing story!
