As interesting as the basic premise to the story is, this is just terribly written.

Oh god Jesus damn! That fucking suit! That fucking Myrtle SUIT! Ahahahahhahahahaha! I’m sitting in this parking lot with tears rolling down my face. That was so goddamn unexpected and just UGH. Thank you. That is some funny shit right there. This is the wizard of world.

I don’t think I’ve laughed that hard since some fic I read (and damn but I can’t remember the name!) where Harry and Hermione went to the kitchens and found out about Winky’s Butterbeer problems; Hermione goes “Somebody do something!” And those sweet sweet elves threw a table cloth over Winky’s sobbing pathetic frame, put a small vase and a single Daisy on top of her head, and look to Hermione’s horrified face for approval. I was eating and I almost died. Myrtle Suit is right up there with that.

ehm.. it's rare and not common to see dursleys at hogwarts so the start of this is not how it would go at all. Harry can take his revenge doing magic on them, and the dursleys so afraid quickly to anger would beat someone up more so harry himself, that would lead to harry's life coming out and the arrest of those people with serious doubt dumbles could stop it.
Either way doing magic or running away from them and hide..

I like how taking the rods out of Dudley have made him a better person.

I agree with you - having Dobby be the one to intercede between Petunia and Winky would have been just too twee.

I am loving the original plot of this story! Some of the dialog feels a bit stilted, but that's super common in new writer so no biggie. I love the idea of Petunia having an unusual magical power.
