Also why would she have to do a contract? Usually they just have to agree not to share a patients private info. But Edward would be her caretaker since he is paying the bills. and Any medical worker has a responsibility to report abuse be it to the caretaker or the board. So I'm wondering what country they are in.

Ok, I am wondering where Edward grew up as keeps referring to her as Mum and not mom or Mother? I would think U.S if he was expected to tend Harvard?
