Hi, I couldn't review before, I'm really sore but I couldn't stop reading. I really love it, I mean you capture the idea of the cruel, brutal and ugly things in sengoku jidai and the nature of demons, at the same time you develop reality in a fantasy where there is light and grey not just black. This is the kind of work that although not my cup of tea kept me trading almost without a pause. I love the transition of a child into a woman, of a heartless into a caring lover, you work it beautifully. Your sentences where very good in grammar and your ideas blend in withou awkward interludes.

Please keep writing, I promise to keep reading.

and I'm finally done! Usually, I never read a story with character like Kagome here, simply cause I dont have the patience. But I'm glad I stayed. 60% for Sesshomaru, 40% is my curiousity about what kind of development Kagome would have. I'm amazed with ur consistency of portraying a kind soul. I'm proud of her development, and I really want to see more of her but the journey ends here. Thank u for writing this beautiful story

Oh my gosh, I love this so much that as soon as I finish this review, I'm going back to reread it! You have done an AMAZING job here. Your universe is well thought out, yet simple enough to not need excessive explanation. Your plot moves along smoothly, not rushing nor dragging, and you left me guessing as to what would happen while still having everything make sense in the end! And then your characters. Oh Kami, your characters! You have done a fantastic job, I can't do your work justice, but damn I feel the need to try. You have, again, clearly thought this story thorough, and it shows in your characters and character development. You make Kagome your light, but it's realistic, you don't place her on a pedestal. On the same card, you don't make Sesshoumaru evil for evil's sake, or anyone else for that matter. It's fantastic to watch these compelling charters go though the situation they are in, and how they grow to meet it, accepting, and adapting along the way. I can honestly say that on the whole, I hate this genre/story type, but you made me fall for this one. It's the first story like this I have ever enjoyed. The only criticism I can find is your summary, which first does NOT do this masterpiece justice. Thank you so much for giving us this, and to anyone who may read thus review, why the hell are you wasting time reading this when the story is right there?! It's more than worth the read, so get to it!

This is definitely a new favorite of mine. I love your style of writing, and I love the character development with both Sesshomaru and Kagome, I just couldn't stop reading! This is a pairing I never knew I needed in my life until this story. :)
