Gotta be honest and I think it doesn't matter anyways, but you really fumbled the story in chapter 6. It is so well written but after that it becomes just toxic. She gets rejected and bags a guy she doesn't even like and then the story is about her repeatedly trying to make advances on a hard no.
If this POV was inversed I am sure you would have gotten so much flack.

Then the story is so hard trying to regain the pace it lost with the middle chapter. I am trying to love this but that chapter broke the deal.

This was fantastic. I started reading this years ago, then left my broker-dealer, had to resurrect my business, then 4 years dedicated to my daughter's high school years, left another broker-dealer and finally got back to finish this wonderful story only to realize that I missed the sequel. Is there any way, any place I can go to read Crackle?

Just wanted to say that I came back to story after a few years and damn it’s still good. Definitely enjoyed it just as much the second time around.

Just got to say, really loved this story, only recently got in to HTTYD and like many souls have found myself at the mercy of AxH, and this has further kindled that fire shame about the sequel being taken down, but your work is appreciated all the same

if you guys are looking for the sequel - use the wayback machine ( /web/). If you dont know what it does it archives wepbage caches so you can view the page exactly as it was at that date, links and all. This means you can use it to read fics that have been deleted - enjoy.
