| El Gringo Loco chapter 1 . 6/4/2009
Short and to the point. There was no time reference given in the story. But the clues, salt and pepper hair etc, speak of decades later. War leaves it's mark on all it touches. But at least Boonie, however haunted, has a friend. One who, from the dialogue, both cares and understands. And one gets the impression of an aging soldier, who despite all obstacles, will continue to soldier on.

Great, it was just long enough. Very nice.
