Fucking hell, you make it so easy to hate people in your story. Blaise died a horrific and painful death, and deserved it, and the contempt I have for Lucius Malfoy after making that comment about Cho.

This was a WHIRLWIND and probably one of the longest but best fanfictions I’ve read in a long time! Yay.

This is such an amazing premise, and written so well! And I definitely agree that the second ending works better! It's not darker per say, but fits better with the vibe of the rest of the fic? Anyway, it's amazing, thanks for sharing! (I found this fic on a post of '17 HP fics you must read' and that article is definitely correct!

Fantastically written and throughly enjoyed, I have to agree with you, the second ending was much more fitting!

This story was something I definitely enjoyed reading. As far as I'm concerned, the plotline was original and really interesting and I didn't find myself growing bored like I do with really long stories. But as much as it was entertaining, it was kind of frustrating at times as well. I'm gonna give you my honest opinion on both good and bad points so please bear with me. If my comment isn't to your liking then I apologize in advance because I mean no disrespect.

Firstly, Cho's attitude. She seems unnecessarily rude.
I've met women who went through worse than her AND actually remember their encounter but none of them has ever been so bitchy. Her behavior is appalling. She's clearly blaming the whole world for what happened to her and I find it extremely hard to sympathise with her...actually, I don't sympathise with her at all. She really needs to consider other people's feelings and stop thinking that the whole world owes her an apology.

On the up side, I really loved Mipsy. She made reading Cho a bit bearable. I love her loyalty to Hermione. It really seemed like she favored her over her own young master Malfoy.

Another thing that I couldn't quite get over, was how the Order couldn't figure out sooner that the Death Eaters were taking advantage of the muggleborns, since they were assigned to check in and watch how they settled into the muggle world. I mean, they used them for their own gain...to be their broodmares. The fact that the guys fell in love with them along the way still doesn't make it right. Their intentions weren't straight forward and pure. I just feel the Order did an extremely lousy job since most of those muggleborns were their comrades in battle. The story would've been a lot more interesting to me if the Death Eaters had a really hard job of doing what they wanted with the girls.

One more thing is, their vows should have stopped them from having sex with and impregnating the girls. Dubious consent is not consent (not everyone agrees with me there, but let's agree to disagree). The girls had no idea what kind of guys they were getting themselves entangled with. It might not have had the same effect as rape, but the reaction that Hermione had to Draco after the Halloween party tells me that the vows had a huge loop hole that wasn't even supposed to be there.

Anyway, your plot regarding the Dark Mark and dark magic causing infertility amongst Voldemort's followers was genius. I haven't seen that yet and I felt a deep satisfaction that the pompous purebloods needed muggles and muggleborns to carry on their bloodlines. Simply put...It was poetic justice at it's finest.

I started this story with some doubts as to whether I would actually like it but it shattered all my expectations, in a good way. Really, really good way. Both Hermione and Draco were written so well and in character... It was just amazing. And I loved Hadrien!

I can’t decide which ending I like better. But fantastic story.
