| HRTG1027 chapter 7 . 7/15
I absolutely love this story, and I can't wait for the sequel. Honestly, this is one of the three stories I really like that are Devil May Cry and Harry Potter Crossovers. I do hope that there isn't going to be any romance...

| Ksian chapter 15 . 1/25
Really loved your fic! Couldn't stop reading even at work. )) So first of all - thank you!
Dante is so awesome and in-character! Utterly fearless, loyal to his friends and even to his brother - as much as he can be. Clever when he wants to be, carefree - and it's shown bright and clear that it takes a lot to be carefree with such a history behind you. Smart and proud in the right way.
He's even a bit too cool and powerful and awesome for an eleven-year old boy sometimes. )) Not that it bothers me much. ))
I was a bit sad though that the twins were enemies here. In Hogwarts one would expect everyone to be happy... ) Also found it kind of hard to go with the fact that when Eva was killed Dante was hiding while Vergil stayed and fought. Dumbledore's explanation is perfectly logical, but it just doesn't sit straight with me. Especially when Dante is shown so brave and quick in the fic...
Another thing I admired was how carefully and respectfully you preserved the characters and the story of the "Philosopher's Stone" without retelling it all and while keeping the spotlight on Dante.
My favourite part was, strangely, the last chapter when Dante had to give up his wand and leave the school. It's really sad, but he's just so truly himself here. The way he held himself with Malfoy and Fudge and at the last dinner showed his will of steel and inner dignity, something which earns true respect. And I was also very touched by the observation that Dante never hated Vergil despite the happiness and a place in the world he'd just found for himself that the elder robbed him of. It gives me hope that if you choose to write a sequel (please do! I'll be so eager to read it!) the twins might yet make up with each other.
To wrap up - thank you once again for your wonderful work!

This story is one of the greatest examples of how an excellent crossover should look like! Your style of writing is really easy and nice to read, I couldn't find any grammar mistakes or things like that, characters were acting like they should be (with a bit of more depth to them, because of the situations they were in) and the story was great and really enjoyable(dialogues were top notch in my humble opinion). 10 out of 10, will read again and I can't wait to see what you got for us in store with the sequel. Hope to see it soon! And thanks for an amazing story ;)
